President Trump Administration Rescinds EPA Greenhouse Gas Rule

Rollback of the “endangerment finding” eliminates emissions standards for cars and heavy industry. 

The Trump administration formally rescinded the EPA’s “endangerment finding,” which had allowed regulation of greenhouse gases under the Clean Air Act since 2009. 

This move removes emissions standards for vehicles and opens the door for industries to roll back pollution limits.
